3. Digital Product Delivery

3.2. Delivery Timeframe: Access to digital products is typically granted immediately following purchase. However, Quality-Docs is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as email service provider issues or internet connectivity problems.
4.Refund Conditions

5.1. Incorrect Product Delivery: In the event that the customer receives a digital product that is demonstrably different from the product ordered as illustrated on our website, Quality-Docs will provide the correct product at no additional charge.
